DJ Drama x Meek Mill Dream Chasers Tour ATL (Recap & Photos)

The one thing I’ve learned about Atlanta since moving out here, is that at live shows ATL crowd are not easily won over! However, on Tuesday night when DJ Drama brought Meek Mill and The Dream Chasers tour home to Georgia there was no question the audience at the Tabernacle was behind them 100%.

The night was kicked off by Cali’s own Casie Veggies and crew. Then greeted by an up roaring crowd, Drama played a set for his hometown that solidified his spot as one of the top DJ’s out right now.

Finally it was time for MMG headliner Meek Mill to take the stage. From the front row to the back of the house, every word to his songs were being yelled out to Meek with as much energy as he was giving out to the crowd. From old tracks to fans favorites off Dream Chasers 2, Meek worked the stage and the audience like a veteran performer. The specials guests did not disappoint either, knowing his audience Meek kept his friends Atlanta bred, bringing out Travis Porter, Gucci Mane, and the always entertaining Waka Flocka Flame. To end the night on a high note, Drama and Meek welcomed not only the king of Atlanta but the king of hip hop in the south, T.I.. The Tabernacle exploded when Tip hit the stage, and the night ended with the crow as turnt up as when it started.

The Dream Chasers tour is still going so if it comes to you, I would say this is a show not to miss, Meek and Drama put together one of the better shows i’ve seen in a while. Salute.
